Behind the name:
Why 'Oxford Garden Party'? There’s meaning behind most of our names. This one is because Lewis Carroll’s book ‘Alice in Wonderland’ was based on the real life Alice (the Dean’s daughter) who while playing in the Christ Church College (Oxford) grounds would attempt to get into the secret garden behind a wooden door. Obviously in the book they had a tea party. That’s our link - Oxford Garden Party.
